Marin Art & Garden Wedding :: Jackie + Bennett

I’ll always remember the first time I met Jackie & Bennett. While they were on the hunt for a photographer, we met at a local Starbucks to discuss their wedding details and photography needs. Immediately, I felt like I had known them forever…..the meeting turned more into a conversation about the positives in life and what was supposed to be more business…….well, it felt more like I was having coffee with friends.

Since everything went so well, I left feeling pretty confident we would end up working together. Within a couple days, I received an email from Jackie that they had decided to hire me for their big day! While I was estactic over the fact I was chosen to do what I love, I was even more excited to work with such an incredible couple. And really, it’s people like Jackie & Bennett who truly define my purpose in this industry.

Jackie & Bennett…..THANK YOU for being two wonderful souls and giving me the great honor to document your wedding. It was a day I’ll never forget and I wish you both a beautiful future together. xoxo Jihan

Petaluma {Sonoma County} Engagement :: Jennifer + Ben

Jen and Ben…..the perfect pair!! And good friends of mine who are renewing their vows in less than 10 days. I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the two not long ago and spent one of the prettiest afternoon’s with them. Jen is also a photographer and  it can be a tad intimidating to photograph another photographer. But it truly was a wonderful experience, and of course an honor to capture part of this special time for Jen and her husband.

J & B, You two amaze me!! While I’m sad I’m unable to attend the big day, I’m really happy and excited for the two of you to experience such incredible time in your life. I’ll be thinking of the two of you and I can’t WAIT to see photos. xoxo Jihan

Napa Valley Golf & Country Club Wedding :: Haydee + Kenny

I went for a site visit about a week before Haydee & Kenny’s wedding…….instantly, I envisioned the two, framed under the trees in front of their family and friends, looking at one another while exchanging their vows. And fast forward to their wedding day, it was simply just that….clear skies, a subtle breeze and two love birds about to become husband and wife. It.was.beautiful!

Haydee & Kenny, what can I say? You two are incredible!! Thank you SO much for opening up your hearts and allowing me to document such a wonderful day. I hope the two of you had a BLAST on your honeymoon and many future blessings to you both! xo Jihan

Lake Tahoe Wedding at Chinquapin :: Dana + Paul

It as an immediate YES when Dana had contacted me about photographing her big day when she got engaged to Paul. I looked forward to their wedding since that moment and it flew by unbelievably fast. A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of capturing  an incredible day the two have spend the last year planning in Lake Tahoe. And they certainly picked the perfect weekend!

Dana & Paul, Thank you for having me capture such a special time in your lives. I wish you both the best and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both. xoxo Jihan

Marin Country Engagement :: Kristen + Josh

Quickly, we realized we needed to think fast…..hair was curled, makeup was done and nails were freshly manicure! But minutes before we began Kristen & Josh’s engagement shoot, the weather changed and it wasn’t so sunny anymore. Instead of sticking it out in the overcast and cold wind, we chased the sun!!! Thankfully, the sun was shining and the air was warm in Marin….my-oh-my were we lucky!

Josh & Kristen are  two amazing individuals and are getting married next year in Lake Tahoe. I’m SO excited to have the opportunity to work with these two and I can’t wait for the big day!! Here’s a look into their engagement session. {Hair & Makeup by Raina Rombeiro}
